Each angled leg has 4 holes (total of 8 for the entire part). This kit also comes with the bolts needed for installation as well.

Will these work on a dock board to drive a forklift into a trailer?

These are meant to be used with Eagle's 1795 Plastic Portable Dock Plate which has a capacity of 750 lbs. These wouldn't be able to support a forklift.
