The black knobs are screws, turn them to loosen and remove them exposing the threaded studs. You can then lift the poly tube off the can.

Hello Eagle Company, I am very satisfied with your product Model 1205. Unfortunately there was a "lazyness" which caused deformation/ heat damage to the HDPE Tube. Is it possible to get it as a spare part? Greetings from Germany.
