    1. For an 8" stove you would use 8DVL-ADWD, which is item number 4840904 on our website. For a 6" stove outlet with 8-inch double wall chimney you would use a 6x8 increaser, which is model# 6DVL-x8, which is item number 4840808 on our website.

  4. What to use to seal 6in to dvl stove adapter to top of wood stove seems a little loose

    1. This stove does not require sealant, as the stove adapter should be loose. If the stove is improperly installed and the draft is incorrect then Milpack can be used as a lase case scenario.

    1. This DVL Adapter/Damper cannot be used with the Durablack stovepipe. It can only be used with the DVL stove pipe.

  7. Why are there no screw holes on the stove side? Are they necessarily?

    1. The trim plate will be screwed into the support box. Slip the top piece of the DVL pipe over the adapter and screw together. You may need to pre drill the holes needed.
