This Diablo 1 1/2in. Carbide-Tipped General-Purpose Hole Saw is designed to cut wood, plastic and metal, including nail-embedded wood, aluminum, cast iron and stainless steel. The 2 3/8in. cutting depth delivers a useful life up to 20 times longer than bi-metal saws and cuts hard materials up to 10 times faster. The SnapLock Plus system includes a 1-size-fits-all mandrel to fit all Diablo hole saws from 5/8in.-6in.; a pilot bit; a 5/8in. threaded adaptor to fit diameters 1 1/4in.-6in.; and a 1/2in. threaded adaptor to fit diameters 9/16 to 3 1/16in. Tool-free ejection allows for fast material discharge.
