The DEWALT Rolling Miter Saw Stand folds for compact storage and ease of transport. The stand can be moved when the saw is on the stand, however folding the stand for storage purposes would require the saw to be removed.

Does the rolling miter saw stand able to have the wheels lock in order to keep it in place?

We appreciate you reaching out. The wheels themselves do not have built-in stops. Instead, the rubber stops are positioned on the opposite legs from the wheels, which help keep the stand securely in place.
