    2. This DEWALT Heavy-Duty 5in. random orbital sander kit has two dust collection methods: a twist-on dust collection bag and a built-in vac-adapter which can be hooked directly to a shop vaccume system.

  2. can I buy the paper from Northern Tool

    1. Northern does not carry the sanding paper. It uses 5" hook and loop PSA paper that should be available at your local hardware stores.

    1. This product is designed as an orbital sander only. It is not designed to be used as a buffer.

  4. Would you use this sander for auto body work, not commercial. 1 vehicle?

    1. This orbital sander is commonly used on wood and the biggest problem could be the sanding paper. Paper designed for wood just won't work well if at all for auto body work. This unit is also electric while most auto body shops use air sanders powered by a large air compressor. While using the sander for auto body work won't hurt anything, it simply may not do the job.

    1. This Sander accepts 5in, 8-hole hook-and-loop paper. It will not accept a 3in pad.
