    Is the battery built-in or replaceable? How long does it last?

    1. Yes battery is built in. Has lasted me over 10 hours on full charge and still say battery is High on charge

    3. The unit looks quite sealed with no apparent access for battery replacement.

      I've not used the product for more than an hour at a time and have recharged each time, so I cannot speak to it's total lifespan on a single charge.

  3. These are 2 months old and have only charged once. The light stays blue and will not charge. What color should the light be when charging?

    1. When plugging in the hearing protector to charge and the red light goes off right away and the ear muffs do not charge, you will need to hold the button down a little longer approximately 15 seconds to make the charging connection.

    1. There are three buttons on the right side of the ear muffs. There is a power on/off button. The other two buttons are the up or down to adjust sound.

  6. When I plug it in to be charged, the red light goes off within 2 seconds and then a blue light stays on but will not charge. What does this mean?

    1. You would need to hold the button down for a little longer, about 15 seconds, for it to make the connection to charge it.

  7. Can I replace the ‘built in’ battery? It no longer holds a charge and manual says to replace batteries when this happens, but manual doesn’t show how. Thank you.

    1. There are many variables which can affect how the long the battery lasts between charges. A specific length of time is not provided. It does have a built in power source that can be charged via micro USB.
