Product Summary

The CURT 5th wheel hitch lock #23256 provides the best possible security for your 5th wheel hitch because it is uniquely design for 5th wheel hitches and only 5th wheel hitches. It is not like standard hitch locks or coupler locks. It has two key features that make it particular unique and highly specialized for 5th wheel security: an extra-long pin and a zero-clearance body shape. The hitch pin used by the CURT 5th wheel hitch lock features a 1/2in. diameter to fit all industry-standard 5th wheel base rails. However, unlike common hitch locks, this 1/2in. pin has an extended length, allowing it to easily pass through a 5th wheel rail and leg anchor, locking the hitch into the truck bed. The CURT 5th wheel hitch lock is also shaped to provide enough space to clear the truck bed floor with ease. Unlike a hitch lock, the CURT 5th wheel lock will not be obstructed by the lock head. The 5th wheel lock is engineered to slide into place, next to the 5th wheel base rail, without any obstructions. The CURT 5th wheel hitch lock #23256 is highly weather-resistant and easy to operate. It is constructed from rust-free aluminum to easily outlast the elements, and it is finished in a durable black powder coat for maximum corrosion protection. It also features a weather-resistant dust cap to protect the key hole. The lock operates with a 1/8-turn activation for ease of use, and it comes with two keys to allow multiple people to operate the lock as need or to provide a backup key if one is lost.
