  1. How many watts is this and what can it power? Will this charge my truck batteries ? How many gallons per hr does it use ? How many gallons lets say for 8 hrs use? Looking to use this for a rooftop ac split in semi truck

    1. The generator would be rated for 4,000 watts. You would need to check the wattage requirements for the appliances you want to run on the generator to know what it can power. You could connect a battery charger to the generator to connect to the battery for charging it. It would use 0.25 GPH of gas at half load and 0.50 GPH at full load.

    1. There is no maximum time the generator can be run. It can run as long as it is needed and has fuel to run it.

  3. What does the auto shutdown do

    1. The generator will have a low oil and over heat auto shut down. This will shut down the generator automatically if the oil is to low or the generator would over heat. There is a blinking light on the unit. This will blink once, twice, or three times. If it is 3 times you'd press the stop button and count out the code to check error.

    1. The generator is air cooled. It does not require water or coolant.

  5. what type of air filter fits this generator

    1. The generator does not have a 240 volt outlet. It only has 120 volt outlets

    1. The generator will connect to the 12 volt battery on the vehicle. The battery required will need to be a minimum 12 volt battery 360/450 (above/below freezing) cold cranking amp capacity.

    1. This is listed as 30" L X 19.70" W X 14.40" H.

  9. 1. Is there a built in fuel tank? 2. If not will the unit draw fuel fuel from a tank 6 ft. lower than the unit?

    1. The generator does not come with a fuel tank. It will run off of the fuel tank on the RV. The fuel pump on the generator will have a maximum lift of 3 feet.

    1. This generator is hooked up to the existing 12 volt RV battery. There is not a dedicated battery for starting this generator.
