    1. The natural gas hose kit model A069G128 (item number 7184711) is recommended for this generator. The ID size of the hose is 3/8". The quick connection size is 3/8".

    1. The model A078C500 does not meet EPA (CARB compliance) for the state of California. It is not able to be shipped to the state of California.

  8. The listed height is 27” is this with the wheels on? So I can know how much storage height I will need.

  9. Does this unit have a bonded neutral? If so, can it be removed without voiding the warranty?

    1. The generator neutral is bonded to the frame. This is a permanent conductor between the generator (stator wire) and the frame. If this generator will be used only with cord and plug equipment connected to the receptacles mounted on the generator. National electric code does not require that the unit be grounded. Other methods of using the generator may require grounding to reduce risk of shock/electrocution. Before using the ground terminal, consult an electrician and inspector to be sure that you are with in local codes and ordinances. A floating terminal label will be added to over the bonded neutral label on the front panel of the generator. Instructions are listed in the manual. Modifications to the generator can void the manufacturer's warranty.

    1. Estimated run time at 25% for gasoline is 16.5 hours, propane is 6.7 hours and natural gas is 50 hours. The manufacturer does not list the estimated run time at 100 % load.
