Product Summary

This Cummins Automatic Generator Transfer Switch is integrated with the RS series genset. Monitors utility power 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. When utility power becomes unsatisfactory or fails, the generator set is signaled to start, then automatically transfers the load. When stable utility voltage returns, the transfer switch will automatically switch electrical load from the generator to power.

    1. If you have 400 amp service, you would only need the one 400 amp transfer switch.

  2. Just wondering if this can be used with Kohler or Generac generators, or if it's specific to the Cummins brand?

    1. This transfer switch is designed for use with specific Cummins generators. Installing this with any other generator would void the manufacturer warranty. To view the specific generator models, please see page 5 of the product manual found on this item's specifications page.
