    1. The height to the top step would be 40" and the hand rail is 30" above the top step for a total height of 70".

    Considering for use in cleaning gutters, awnings, etc. How well will this unit stand-up to being left out doors for weeks at a time.

    1. While the ladder is powder coated to provide resistance when outdoors, the casters are not designed to be left outdoors. Premature failure of the casters could result if left outdoors for extended periods of time.
