    illustration for two step and three step ladder are the same. does the two step ladder have two steps - 10 inches rise each - with the top step at 20"

    the illustration shows THREE steps.

    1. The two step ladder does have two steps. The distance between the first step and the top step is 7". Height of the platform step is 20" from the ground.
