Use this Concentric High Pressure Hydraulic Gear Pump on mobile equipment, construction and agricultural equipment, machine tools, material handling and mining equipment, PTO pumps, refuse haulers, compaction and baling equipment. Standard 4-bolt mount. 1.78in. diameter pilot with 1/2in. x 1 1/2in. shaft, 1/8in. square key. Heavy duty cast iron pump turns at 4,000 RPM max. in CW or CCW direction. Use as a fluid pump or fluid motor. Similar to Parker D Series, Webster YB Series, Rexroth S12, MTED Series. Flexible coupling or belt (pulley) drive. 90% efficient.

  1. Can you use this pump as a hydraulic motor

    1. To use as a hydraulic motor, with the manufacturer tag facing up and looking at the pump shaft end, you will install the high pressure line on the right port to make the shaft turn counter clockwise. To make the shaft turn clockwise, you will install the high pressure line on the left port.

  2. Are the inlet and outlet ports 3/4 npt and if not witch pump has 3/4 npt ports

    1. The inlet and outlet ports are 3/4" with 16 threads per inch. NPT ports would be 14 threads per inch.
      At this time a pump with 3/4" NPT is unavailable.

  3. What strength DC motor should be used with this?

    I'm wondering how to actually power the pump. What horse power DC motor should I be using with this pump? Should it be geared as well?

    1. Based on the torque required for the application, the DC motor should range from 3 to 5 HP and an operating RPM of up to 3600

  5. once I determine rotational direction for the pump how do I find the inlet and outlet on the pump?

    1. With the manufacturer tag facing up and direct coupled to engine with CCW shaft rotation. the left port is suction and the right port is high pressure discharge output.
