  1. What is /or does the metal push rod do in the middle of the stove?

    1. It cleans the outside of the blower pipes, the blower pipes runs through the fire box. The pipes get heated up and then the blower blows air through the center of the pipes and out comes warmer air that circulates through your home. The short answer is that the rod is connected too an external pipe cleaner,  and it cleans the soot off the pipe.

    2. The push rod in the center would be used to clean the upper heat tubes. You would want to pull it in and out a few times per week.

  2. How is the pellet count adjusted? Is there a specific button for this or is it through the temperature up and down buttons?

    1. The flow rate of pellets is controlled through the temperature setting.

    1. The stove is approved for wood pellet fuel only. Burning any other type of fuel (cord wood, wood chips, corn, shells, cherry pits, etc.) will void the manufacturer warranty.

  7. Are the pellets augered into a box that has a stirrater. Is this stove thermostat controlled?

    1. This stove does have a programmable thermostat. The burn pot is not equipped with a Stirator.
