  • Xc2004 controller/ The standard instrument package includes an operating pressure gauge and a fully diagnostic ECU controller with a large 3.5-inch display. The controller also features ECO Mode, an intuitive function that can help reduce fuel consumption by up to 50% during periods of low or no air demand. Multi-Pressure functionality allows the operator to adjust pressure in 2 psi increments at the touch of a button. The controller also manages the engine ECU operating system and monitors a number of safety parameters, providing warnings and shutdown protection when required. In addition, the controller displays multiple compressor measurements, including running hours, regulating pressure, and service counters, along with warnings and shutdowns for conditions such as high compressor oil temperature and low engine oil pressure.
  • 110% spill containment/ Designed with a spill-free containment frame, this unit can capture 110% of all onboard fluids, including compressor oil, engine oil, and engine coolant. By containing leaks at the source, it helps protect the jobsite, reduce environmental risk, and avoid expensive cleanup costs.
  • Redrock Canopy/Built with durable double-wall polyethylene, the Redrock Canopy eliminates concerns about dents and rust. UV protection helps preserve its color and finish, keeping the machine looking newer longer and enhancing resale value.

Product Summary

The Chicago Pneumatic 400 Series KoD T4F is a single-stage, oil-injected, rotary screw-type air compressor powered by a liquid-cooled, four-cylinder, turbocharged Kohler diesel engine. The unit consists of an air end, diesel engine with exhaust treatment, cooling circuit, air/oil separation system, and control systems, all enclosed within a sound-attenuated Red Rock Canopy enclosure. A range of undercarriage formats, as well as factory-installed and locally installed options, are available. Special attention has been given to overall product quality, user-friendliness, ease of serviceability, and economical operation to ensure a best-in-class cost of ownership.
