  • Xc1004 Controller/ Standard instrument package includes an operating pressure gauge, and fully diagnostic ECU controller with large 3.5” display. The intuitive XC1004 controller is easy to operate with all functions conveniently at your fingertips. The controller also manages the engine ECU operating system, and a number of safety warnings and shut downs on various parameters. Functionaly includes compressor measurments such as running hours, regulating pressure, service counters along with warnings and shut downs for high temp compresssor oil & low engine oil pressure.
  • 110% spill containment/ Designed with a spill-free containment frame, this unit can capture 110% of all onboard fluids, including compressor oil, engine oil, and engine coolant. By containing leaks at the source, it helps protect the jobsite, reduce environmental risk, and avoid expensive cleanup costs.
  • Redrock Canopy/Built with durable double-wall polyethylene, the Redrock Canopy eliminates concerns about dents and rust. UV protection helps preserve its color and finish, keeping the machine looking newer longer and enhancing resale value.
  • Internal toolbox/ Internall toolbox inside of the unit large enough to stow a 90 lb breaker
  • Spin on type air oil separator filter/ Allows for a complete compressor service all under one hour with no special tools needed

Product Summary

The Chicago Pneumatic CPS 185-100 is a single-stage oil-injected rotary screw type air compressor, powered by a liquid cooled, three-cylinder tubrocharged Kohler Diesel engine. The unit consists of an air end, diesel engine, cooling circuit, air/oil separation and control systems - all enclosed within a Redrock poleythlene shell. Unique features include 100% fluid containment, internal toobox, external lifting eye, easy to use Xc1004 controller. The CW spec comes standard with an engine block heater along with synthetic compressor oil, allowing the operator to start the unit in temps as low as -13 degrees Farenheit
