Whether you are making summer sausage, Italian sausage, or bratwurst; this vertical sausage stuffer gives you the right tools to make it yours. All-metal dual gears offer two speeds which makes for effortless stuffing and reloading. The 5-lb. capacity stainless steel hopper is removable for easy filling and cleaning. The stuffing piston features a release valve to prevent meat retraction. Includes 4in.terchangeable stainless steel stuffing tubes and two piston gaskets.
