  3. Does the head rotate with the wind? I see in anothe question that the blades have sealed bearings but not the head and want to confirm that it rotates

  4. I am going to set my windmill on 4 concrete pads-8 inches wide by 12 inches deep. The question is-will the 4 metal rods that comes sent with the windmill be good enough to hold the windmill down-if they are pushed down into the concrete while still wet?

    1. It is recommended to use the predrilled holes in the legs for mounting.
