  1. Would this be a good generator to run a small welder? I’m planning on running a 120v plug through an adapter for the 240v plug the welder can run on either but I’m mainly interested in this generator for the 240v outlet

    1. This can be used with a welder. The generator provides 6,250 surge watts and 5000 rated watts. The max amperage output from the generator is 52.1. The welder power requirements would have to be within the power output of this generator.

    1. The engine has a cast iron cylinder. The generator comes with a neutral bond. If the system has a neutral bond, the generator will need to be configured into a floating neutral.

  7. I am going to run the generator to run my cooler. The 1h/p ac120v 2 speed motor on the cooler. My concern is the motor's inrush power whic is 44amps or 5280w. Will this cycling trip the generator
