    1. not big enough for startup load

    2. The size of the generator needed to operate the RV a/c unit would depend on the amp draw of the air conditioner. The rating plate on the a/c unit should state the amperage draw. By multiplying this by the voltage requirement will provide the base wattage needed to operate the unit.

    in the question about 53db at what load level. you said it is the same at all load levels because the motor runs at one rpm level. then what does the auto idle do?

    Does this gen have a stated AMP . Ala the 30r connection is that up to a 27 amp?

    But at what load? 1/4 , 1/2 , full ? Makes all the difference.

    1. The engine runs at the same RPM no matter at what load it is running. It would be 53 DB at 1/2 or full load.
