The Cata-Dyne WX Series infrared gas catalytic explosion-proof heaters are the industry standard for hazardous location heating needs. They are available in over twenty, three-inch depth cabinet sizes, with gas, electrical and accessory connections on the back side of the heater. These are the heaters of choice for many of our customers who have come to trust their reliability. Applications - WX Series heaters are used in many different applications that involve spot or space heating where hazardous materials may be present. These include

    1. how do you control temperature can I get a thermostat?

      1 answer

      1. If the heater is installed with a thermostatic temperature controller, it can be set to the desired setting after the catalytic reaction has been established for at least one hour. The thermostatic temperature controller can be installed either in a horizontal or vertical position. The thermostatic control valve item number 5092215 is sold separately.
