  1. How is this attached to the inside of a van?

    1. Installation hardware would depend on mounting surface.

  2. Would a 3/4" plywood board attached to a cement block wall be thick enough to mount the rail for maximum working load?

    1. There are too many variables including the type of plywood used and the mounting hardware that could be used to recommend that mounting configuration. That proposed mounting may not be strong enough to meet the break strength of the X-Track rail.
