  1. What is the amperage of this exhaust fan? What square footage area does this fan support?

    1. The power requirement of the fan is 5 amps at 230 volt. There is not an estimated coverage area that the fan will support. Exhaust fans are rated by CFM (cubic feet per minute) not by square footage. You will need to calculate the volume of air in the space and how many minutes per air change you need.

    1. The fan is for wall mounting only. The louvers open and shut with gravity and may or may not operate correctly if ceiling mounted. The motor has also not been tested in a horizontally mounted application.

    1. The fan is not water proof. It is no recommended to be used in an area that it would be exposed to wet conditions.
