I am not familiar with this product specifically, but I have worked with several different poly tanks and toolboxes. Black poly is usually pretty uv resistant, I've it sit out in constant sun for several summers in a row with minimal fade in color, and only moderate loss of rigidity. In some cases I prefer this material over steel toolboxes, especially where there is a lot of salt and water.
