It features a sturdy, forged steel 1/2in. D-ring with a 2-1/2in. internal diameter, a black powder-coated finish, and a hitch pin with cotter.   1. Are these the same dimensions as the B38SP that are sold individually? (L x W x H) I don't care about the D-rind size, only the dimension of the portion that needs to fit in my stake pockets. Thank you.

    1. The bottom portion that inserts into the stake pocket measures 3.47" W x 6.1" H x 1.47" thick. The overall height is 9.81" including the D ring. The hole size on the D ring is 2.38" x 1.98". The pin diameter is 1/2".

  3. Just wondering if the D-rings would hold as much weight with them being side loaded?? My rear stake pockets are on the side and well behind any load I’d have on the trailer and the strap would be pulling from the side. thanks for any info

    1. These D-rings are held in using the lynch pin. They can be used in any position and maintain the same working load as long as the fastening method is the same.
