    1. This cross over relief valve can be used in hydraulic systems that have hydraulic pumps or motors.

  2. can this be set to 500psi? If yes, how is that done?

    1. This Cross Over Relief Valve is set at 1000 PSI, but is adjustable between 500-1500 PSI. A pressure gauge will need to be installed in the system to monitor the point where pressure relieves.

      To adjust pressure setting:
      1. Remove acorn nut to reveal adjusting screw
      2. Loosen the lock nut
      3. Turn adjusting screw out to lower pressure setting or turn adjusting screw in to raise pressure setting

  3. Does it have return to tank ports? Does it vent to atmosphere?

    1. This relief valve does not have return-to-tank ports, it would bypass the flow to relieve pressure in the system. This valve does not vent to the atmosphere.
