It allows you to pull loads that have either a coupler or a drawbar/pintle ring without having to change hitches.   1. What is the OUTSIDE DIMENSION of the base plate?

    Don't need to know the dimensions for the mounting holes; rather, I would like to know the outside dimension of the mounting plate. I have a limited amount of space onto which to mount the hitch!
