    1. This valve's flow rate is only adjustable/variable in one direction.

    In other words, can one circuit be on and the other off simultaneously?

    1. The Buyers Hydraulic Spreader Valve has one on/off control switch. To use only one side, just turn the knob on one side down to zero.
