    1. The ram height with the protector on it when extended is 15 3/4" when closed it is 11".

  2. What is the maximum length of extensions you can use ?

    1. The ram kit comes with 5 different size extensions. The ram is rated at the 4 tons with no extension, with each extension you add you drop the amount of weight it can handle. With all 5 extensions. you would only have a capacity of about 1/2 ton.

  3. What is the diameter of the male connectors on the extensions?

    1. The male shaft on the extensions is 1" in diameter.
