  1. Can 2 pairs be used at the same time to raise the entire vehicle? And are there safety locks when raised to prevent lift collapse?

    1. These car lifts are designed to lift only one end of the car at a time. It is not recommended to use two pairs to lift the entire vehicle. They feature heavy-duty, built-in safety plates that flip into place over the hydraulic cylinder ring at designated heights.

  2. Can I detach the hoses from the pump and leave the car jacked up while working on it from the front?
