  3. is the width measured at outside of handles ?

    1. The width of this Concentric Universal Fold-Down Fork Lift Seat is 23” wide. This is measured from outside of armrest to outside of armrest. If you measure the width from one side of the cushion to the other it is 19” wide.

  4. is there a track to mount the seat the the forklift. is there a flate plate to mount the seat and if so is there pre drilled holes

    1. The Concentric Fold-Down Fork Lift Seat has a steel plate with pre drilled holes on the bottom with a mounting pattern of 5 1/2" - 13" wide and adjustable slotted sides up to 11 1/4" deep.
