This Black Talon Highback Kubota Tractor Seat is a steel pan seat with heavy-duty vinyl covering and drain holes. Integrated vinyl and polystyrene foam molding gives a clean look and fit. Slight bolstering on the sides of the seat to keeps the operator in position.   1. Wiill the seat bolt right into the Kubota B7500 or will it require modification

    1. This seat has many different pre-threaded holes in the bottom along with 4 bolts attached. As long as you have your old bracket you should be fine.

    2. Fit my B7800 just fine. The seat itself has several different bolt patterns on it. I had to go buy the correct bolts for the seat though,,, the stock ones didn't fit.

    3. There are many threaded holes at the bottom of the seat. So you may want to flip the seat you currently have and measure the hole pattern. Then check if the pattern you need appears in the item description. The 6"x2" pattern fits my Kubota L2550.

    4. There are Many sets of mounting so you should be able to mount without any modification. It fit my (Kubota B6200.) Tractor perfect

  2. Does this seat have angle iron brackets on the bottom for flipseat pin to mount?

    Will it fit on a Kubota L2350?

    1. NO. It only has threaded attachment holes (5/16")

    2. No it is flat on the bottom with recessed threads to bolt the seat to a tractor or an adapter plate. For the application you are inquiring about you will need to buy the flip bracket from the manufacturer.

    4. This tractor seat is not designed for arm rests as it does not have any mounting provisions built into the seat for such an application to be attached.

  5. I need extra mounting bolts. What size fits the preset holes in seat bottom?

    1. My bolts of a Kubota B7500 were 1/2 inch long 5/16 diameter 18 thread. Go to your local hardware store and match them up.

    4. This seat uses 5/16" in diameter standard thread bolts, the length would have to be
      determined by customer for the thickness of metal he/she is going through.

  6. Does this Kubota Seat come with metal slider brackets so the seat can be moved forwarded and backwardss?

    1. No, you must re-use the original hardware to install the seat. The only hardware included are four standard thread bolts. The original bolts are metric.

    1. Can't give you a definite answer, however, there are multiple bolt hole patterns on the seat. At least 12 maybe more. Hard time believing it wouldn't fit.

    2. My B5200 has a sliding frame and the seat has two brackets that are held to the frame with pins and clips. This seat fit my brackets perfectly after I ran the tap thru the hole converting them to the metric screws.

  10. How thick is the metal in the shell?

    I have two different tractor seats(not this seat) that need to be replaced because the metal is cracked near the mounting brackets. I know this seat shell is metal, but how thick is the metal?

    What gauge is the metal?

    Anyone big(large/heavy) had one for several years?

    How is it holding up?

    1. Don't know exact gauge, but the metal seat shell is substantial. Just bought it, so can't tell you how it will stand up. So far, so good--impressed.

    2. The thickness of the shell for this seat is 1.8 mm. The only feedback we have gotten on this is the reviews on the product page, but it got a 4.8 star rating out of 5 stars!
