    1. The bottom of the tank is not smooth. There are ridges on the bottom that may make it uncomfortable to sit on.

    2. Yes. There is 6 little raised lines in the bottom. They are 1/2” high but rounded.

    1. The tank would not leak toxic chemicals into the water. It is constructed of FDA approved, food grade polyethylene and is safe for the animals.

    1. The drain hole is 1 1/4". It would have a 1 1/4" NPT plug.

  5. Will this tank fit inside an 8 foot metal stock tank that has straight sides?

    1. The outer diameter of the tank is 96". If you are going to be installing this in a galvanized tank, the outer tank will need to be larger in size. It is able to be installed in a straight sided tank that is larger than 96 inches in diameter.

    1. The diameter just under the rim is 93-3/4". The height from the ground to just under the rim is 20". At the very bottom, it measures 82-9/16" in diameter.
