    1. The deicer has not been tested for use as a ballast in tractor tires. The weight would be 325 ounces per gallon.

    1. There would not be any one of the de-icing products recommended over the other for a new driveway. They would all be safe to use and are biodegradable.

    1. It is not recommended to mix this with a dry rock salt. This can cause clumping of the rock salt and make it difficult to spread.
