    1. The overall length from the ceiling to the base of the fan is 36".

  2. Can this be used with a shorter downrod? It says it comes with a 24". Can you use a 12" or 6"?

    1. This ceiling fan has not been tested with a shorter down rod. Shortening the down rod could cause a vacuum effect which would not allow the fan to work as efficiently as designed.

  3. can i wall mount a speed control to operate multiple fans together?

    1. The speed and direction of the fan can only be controlled with the remote control. A solid-state variable speed control cannot be used with this fan.

    1. This fan can be reversed. To reverse the direction of the blades, you will slide the reverse switch (located on the top of the motor housing) to the opposite side.

    1. The fan will put out 5,000 CFM at the lowest rating and 20,000 CFM on the high speed. The fan is not rated for individual CFM per each speed setting.

    1. The estimated range of RPM's for the fan are from 35 on low up to 90 on high.

    1. The remote control has an operation duration timer from 1 to 8 hours. Each speed level can be chosen with the remote control and the fan can be run continuously without using the timer function on the remote.
