  1. We lost the remote. Can we order another one?

    1. if you find another remote it can be programmed.

      Step: 1 Open the remote battery cover and install DC1.5V*2pcs battery.
      Step: 2 Within 30 seconds of turning the Receivers DC power ON. press the transmitter “ON/OFF
      and Timer” button together about 3 seconds, once the receiver has detected the frequency, the
      receiver will make sound, Bi Bi, twice. This will indicate the receiver has learned the frequency that
      was previously selected on the transmitter.

  2. I see the fan has a timer on the remote, is the timer optional and the fan can be turned on and running 24/7 without resetting the timer every 8 hours

    1. You can run the fan with or with out the timer set. It’s all included and the timer is intergrated in the remote.

  3. is the included 24" downrod required for installation?

    I was hoping to mount this fan close to the ceiling and was wondering if I had to use the 24" downrod or if I could mount directly to the base.

    1. You really need some space between the blades and the ceiling. This thing moves a lot of air.

      Setting 1 - 19,000 CFM
      Setting 2 - 22,000 CFM
      Setting 3 - 24,000 CFM
      Setting 4 - 30,000 CFM
      Setting 5 - 34,000 CFM
      Setting 6 - 39,000 CFM

    1. The weight of this fan is approximately 50 lbs. In a 24" span, a single 2x4 truss could hold a 250 lb. load. If the span is longer, you will need to check the load rating.

  10. What’s the maximum ceiling height ? My shop is 23’ tall in the center and want to make sure this fan moves enough air to feel it near the shop floor

    1. The maximum recommended ceiling height for this fan is 30'. Be sure to install the fan 60" or further away from a side wall or adjacent fan for optimum air flow.
