Step 1: Lay the Stair Section. Lay the stair section of the ladder face down on the ground. Step 2: Attach the Top Step. Place the top step onto the stair section, aligning it with the threaded studs. Secure it completely using the provided metric M8 locknuts. Step 3: Attach the Vertical Weldment. Position the vertical weldment (the rear legs and base) onto the back of the stair section and secure it tightly with the provided hardware. Step 4: Install Braces. Attach the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal braces to the back of the ladder frame using the included M8 bolts, washers, and locknuts. Step 5: Install Rubber Tips. Insert the rubber tips onto the front legs of the front U-bar and the rear legs of the vertical weldment. Step 6: Handrails and Guardrails. Carefully lay the ladder on its side. Bolt the rear guardrail to the top step. Connect the upper and lower handrails to the rear guardrail and secure them with the handrail brackets to the stair section. Note: Handrail stiffeners should face outward. Step 7: Stand Up & Level. With assistance, carefully stand the ladder upright. Take it to a flat, level surface and engage the lockstep by dropping the front legs. Ensure the ladder sits firmly on the ground and securely tighten all hardware. Directions would be included with the ladder.
