  1. Does this product require assembly?

    1. Yes. All you have to do is install the handlebars and back fender.

    2. It requires very minimal assembly. The rear fender needs to be bolted on, the handle bars need to be bolted on and the light needs to be bolted on. Very easy to assemble, was assembled in 30 minutes standing outside in the freezing cold, and well worth it.

      You should also check all bolts to ensure they are tight from the factory before riding.

  2. Is it hard to refill the gas

    My buddy has a mini bike he built himself not unlike this one and just like this the gas tank is mounted to the motor which is under the seat kinda now he has to un mount the motor to fill up with gas because the gas cap doesnt have enough clearance to take off once you un screw it any problems like that with this ?

    1. not at all just remove the cap from the gas tank and fill

    2. The gas tank on this mini bike is offset to one side to allow easier access to refill it. A funnel can be used, but using a refill tank with a flexible nozzle would be the easiest method. There is enough clearance to remove the gas cap and due to the easy tank access, there's no need to remove or unbolt the engine to refill it.

  3. Is this bike dependable? Also, I am hearing that the top speed may exceed 25, is this a fact? My son is about 110 lb.

    1. My boys weight 95 and 105 lbs and have blast on this mini-bike. The top speed for ours is about 25 miles per hour.

  4. What is the seat height from the ground and also from the foot pegs?

    1. From were you sit down on on the seat it is 2 feet and the foot peg is 11 1/2 inc. from the ground. Hope this helps you

    2. I spoke with the manufacturer of this Baja Motorsports mini bike and the seat is 25 inches from the ground but the foot peg dimension is not available.

  5. On the detail of this mini bike,

    it say this mini bike have a CVT as it transmission.
    Is this transmission a CVT or a standard automatic centrifugal clutch? Can you double check on this?

    1. The Baja DOES have a standard centrifugal clutch.

    2. This mini-bike has a centrifigul clutch, much like most go-karts. I received one of these bikes as a christmas present so I can confirm your suspicion that it does not have a CVT transmission.
