The Azusa Minibike Kit includes everything you need to put together a minibike except the engine, clutch and chain guard! Includes two wheel sets, seat, frame, bushings, axle and much more. Also includes detailed assembly instructions. U.S.A.

After your assembly is complete and prior to any operation, have the vehicle examined by a qualified and knowledgeable professional to ensure proper assembly, operation, safety and compliance with all applicable laws. The safety of the rider depends on it.

Warning: Go-karts can be hazardous to operate and are not toys. Driver must be at least 14 years old. Passengers must be at least 12 years old. All riders should always wear helmets, eye protection, and protective clothing. Always use seat belts and cab nets or doors (as equipped). Never engage in stunt driving, and avoid excessive speeds and sharp turns. Never operate go-kart under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  2. Engine #60915 substitute???

    Engine #60915 is no longer available. What engine would substitute? Also, what Clutch and Chain Guard would accommodate the replacement engine? Thank you!!!

    1. We do offer a replacement engine for the item # 60915. For the engine and clutch please see my recommendations below. We no longer sell #35 chains to connect the engine and clutch, this chain could be found at a local hardware store.

  4. Which Chain Will Fit On This Minibike With Item Number 60591?

    Which chain will fit on this minibike with item number 60591?

    1. This Azusa Minibike Kit comes with a # 35 chain. The only thing you need to add is an engine, clutch and chain guard. The Honda engine item # 60591 would fit, but it requires a battery for the electric start. Item 6059 is the same engine with recoil start. Item 13791 is the clutch that would be need with this engine. Northern Tool does not currently carry a chain guard.
