Product Summary

Everything you need to construct a go-kart except the engine and clutch! Live axle set-up not found in most fun karts. Includes wheel halves, bucket seat, seat cover, chain, steering shaft and much more. Also includes detailed assembly instructions. U.S.A.

After your assembly is complete and prior to any operation, have the vehicle examined by a qualified and knowledgeable professional to ensure proper assembly, operation, safety and compliance with all applicable laws. The safety of the rider depends on it.

Warning: Go-karts can be hazardous to operate and are not toys. Driver must be at least 14 years old. Passengers must be at least 12 years old. All riders should always wear helmets, eye protection, and protective clothing. Always use seat belts and cab nets or doors (as equipped). Never engage in stunt driving, and avoid excessive speeds and sharp turns. Never operate go-kart under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  3. Is there a suggested engine

    I just wanted know if there was a suggested engine or wether you could fit one of your company's 600 and something cc engines on it for more power and speed

    1. We offer 2 engines that will work with this go-kart. Please see the link below for item 60597. This will need additional components, that can be purchased locally, to use the remote throttle. We also carry item 605917, which comes with a remote throttle. To purchase item 605917, please call us at 1-800-221-0516 as this is not listed on the website.

    1. The Azusa Engineering Go-Kart Kit frame dimensions are 26" wide in the back, 21 3/4" in the front, and 48" long and it is 5 5/8" high. The weight capacity for this is 160 lbs.

  7. what chain size clutch do i need?

    1. This go cart comes with a 60 tooth, # 35 chain sprocket, so a # 35 chain clutch is what will work with the sprocket that is included.
