The Avalanche 134a refrigerant has a shelf life of at least 10 years when stored under normal conditions1. This means you can safely store it until next summer without worrying about it expiring or degrading.
To ensure it remains effective, keep the canister in a clean, dry location, away from direct sunlight, and at temperatures below 126°F (52°C). As long as the container is sealed and not exposed to contaminants, the refrigerant should remain in good condition.
