Product Summary

This combo package includes the Atlas Platinum PTC600 tire changer and the Atlas Platinum PWB50 wheel balancer. The Atlas Platinum PTC600 represents the pinnacle of quality in a machine meant for the "Professional Tire Dealer" or "Large Car Dealership." The PTC600 is an Italian engineered Tilt-Back Tire Changer that comes standard with a Right-Hand Bead Pressing and Bead Rolling Assist Arm to make changing the most challenging tires a breeze. The Tilt-Back design means the PTC600 has a pneumatic locking mount/demount head, dramatically lowering the risk of the head moving during use and possibly damaging rims. The PTC600 boasts a 29in. clamping capability, high torque 110V electric turntable, anodized aluminum bead breaker cylinder, and integrated bead blast system. The Atlas PTC600 requires some assembly after purchase. The Atlas Platinum PWB50 is an electronic wheel balancer with an easy to read LED display and that offers Automatic 2D Data Entry via a single data entry gauge. Whilst there are a multitude of ALU weight placement configurations, the weight placement arm actually enables the operator to choose the most convenient position for the weights, and the machine will guide the operator back to that exact position after the spin cycle, ensuring accurate dynamic adhesive weight application. The Fast Easy Split function (FES) makes hiding adhesive weights behind the spokes a breeze and the Opposite Weight Function (OWF), allows an operator to change the weight application position from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock for convenient access when applying adhesive weights. Optimization of tire and wheel unbalance (match mounting) is possible with the PWB50 via OPTIMATCH software and makes balancing even the most difficult assemblies easy and efficient. The Atlas Platinum range of wheel service equipment incorporates the highest quality Italian designed components and engineering to assure it is the best value available at its price point.
