  4. Can you sit on the top? What is the weight limit if you can?

    1. The deck box will not have a weight rating. It is not recommended for the box to be sat on.

  5. Will this storage box keep out squirrels if we store seed in it? And is it water proof?

    1. There are small air gaps in between the panels which makes the box not a 100% rodent proof. You can apply sealant to these areas to make this 100% rodent proof. The deck box is water resistant.
