  1. is there a floor and can I build it on grass and is there any ventilation ?

    1. You are responsible for a level base made out of the proper material: concrete or wood. This is most important, as your install can not happen without a base to properly anchor your shed. The base must be installed on level ground. Please check your local codes and ordinances for any requirements in your area. The shed does have some natural ventilation, but does not include any vents.
