The unit is assembly ready and can be assembled and installed by home owner or by a contractor hired by the home owner. Northern does not offer installation.

How tall are the posts and at what pitch is the roof intended to be when installed?
1 answer-
The exterior dimensions are 120.75" L x 121.5" D x 106.5" H. The interior dimensions are 119" W x 119.25" D x 102" H. There is not specific pitch that it would need for installation. From the wall to the footing mount will be 117.5" . The minimum distance from the building will be 123". The footing distance is 116.25". The recommended foundation size is 123" W x 130.25" D.
