  4. Pump bolt holes

    I think this pump will fit my pressure washer but I cant tell if the pump has bolt holes at the bottom as well as the top.My engine has 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom

    1. Yes, it has 4 mounting holes and new hex head cap screws are supplied

    2. I ask same question, remove your old pump then measure bolt holes diagonally, mine was 3-1/2" pump mounted fine. Pump has 2 different bolt patterns so should work on others as well.

    3. there are holes at the bottom. whether they will align with your engine I don't know.

    4. This pump would have a standard 3 5/8" bolt circle. You can measure the bolt circle on your engine by measuring from center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole diagonally.

  5. Connecting engine to pump

    where can I get a key/pin to fit the grooved receiver in the pump that connects to the groove on the engine shaft. Neither my AR pump or Powerhouse engine came with the groove pin. Thanks

    1. most any hardware store or auto
      parts store will have these items in stock. it would be best to take your engine with you or the pump to match the key correctly.

    Is there an unloader relief built into this unit (adjustable or fixed), or is there more to buy?

    1. I've opened the pump to replace the oil and it appears that the three pistons are made of stainless steel.

  8. Is there a standard bolt pattern for these pumps?

    How do I know if this pump will fit my unit? The item isn't available in the store and I am concerned that I will get something unusable.

    1. This pump has standard bolt pattern for axial pump motors in the 189cc range (5 - 6.5HP) with a horizontal output shaft. If you have a Honda or clone, it's a no brainer.

  9. Can you recommend a hose and wand for this pump? And if I will need any connectors.

    1. This pump comes with the hose fittings on it, both the low pressure garden hose as well as the high pressure fitting for your standard pressure washer hose. when buying a hose always make sure the pressure rating is compatible with the pump. (same pressure ratings)

    2. The AR Pressure Washer Pump has a 22mm outlet. The hoses shown below have a 22mm fitting to connect to the pump. The gun/lance combo shown will work with this pressure washer hose.

    1. This pump will work as a replacement for a pressure washer that is rated at 3000 PSI and 2.5 GPM and has a 3/4" diameter engine shaft with a bolt pattern of 3 1/4" from top to bottom and 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 side to side (3 5/8" bolt circle).
