  1. Could the pressure settings be adjusted on this switch. My compressor shuts off at 155psi and turns back on at 125psi. Will this switch work on my compressor?

    1. yes it is very easy to ajust pressure...

    2. The switch operates on and off at a 30 PSI range. Therefore this switch can be adjusted to operate in the range you designate. Do not exceed the upper design limit of 175 PSI.

    3. If your air compressor is a single or dual stage, this will work on it. You can adjust the pressure settings.

  2. There are two connections on the switch  Mine only has one 1/4” on the back of the diaphragm going to the air tank How is this switch piped to the tank

    1. It would have one main threaded fluid port and a smaller unloader port. You would mount the main port directly to the tank's manifold using a 1/4" NPT connection. The smaller port or unloader port, you would connect a 1/4" plastic tube from the unloader valve on the bottom or side of the pressure switch to the check valve outlet. The tube would release the air pressure from the compressor pump head when the motor shuts off.

  3. Does this switch have an on/off option or do you just adjust the pressure?

    1. The pressure switch does have a lever on the side that can be set for off or auto.

  4. is the diferential on this switch adjustable

    1. There is an adjustment nut located under the cover. Turn the range adjustment nut down for higher cut in and cut out. Adjust up for lower cut in and cut out.

  5. will this work on a 12 volt DC system?

    1. This air pressure switch is for 115 volt AC compressors up to 2 HP and 230 volt AC compressors up to 3 HP with a maximum of 15 Amps. It will not work on a 12 volt DC system.
