Product Summary

The AIMS Power 104Ah 12V LiFePO4 battery includes a built-in heater and wake-up feature that widens the temperature range for charging and restores a battery that has previously been over-discharged - no jumping to a second battery required to bring it back. The internal heater keeps cell temperature elevated so charging stays efficient in cold climates. LiFePO4 chemistry maintains constant output voltage, delivering virtually full power until fully discharged without harming the battery, which can simplify or eliminate the need for voltage regulation circuitry. It also offers substantially longer cycle life, easier maintenance, and better thermal and chemical stability than other battery technologies, packing significant capacity into a small, lightweight footprint. The battery fits the same space as a standard 12V unit and replaces lead acid, AGM, or gel batteries in RVs, golf carts, boats, commercial vehicles, and off-grid backup power systems; it is not intended to replace a starting battery. Cells carry an IEC rating covering safe operation of secondary lithium cells and batteries in industrial and stationary applications, and the battery is backed by a lifetime prorated warranty (under 3,500 cycles). AIMS Power states amp hour capacity and weight that accurately reflect the materials and components used - worth noting, since achieving true rated capacity requires a certain lithium density, and an unusually light battery may indicate compromised performance or capacity.
