Product Summary

The AIMS 600-Watt Pure Sine Inverter Charger combines an inverter, battery charger, and AC auto-transfer switch into one complete system, ETL listed and conforming to UL 458 standards. It features power factor corrected, sophisticated multi-stage charging and pure sine wave output with high surge capability, handling 300 percent of continuous output for up to 20 seconds to reliably start and support inductive loads such as tools and motor-driven equipment without endangering the connected devices. AC and battery priority modes, selectable by DIP switch, make the unit suitable for either backup power or renewable energy applications. In AC priority mode, a utility outage de-energizes the transfer relay and the load transfers automatically to inverter output; once qualified utility power is restored, the relay energizes and the load transfers back automatically. In battery priority mode, the inverter draws maximum power from external and renewable energy sources so that only minimal battery cycling is required. Auto generator start allows an electrical generator to be integrated into the system as a backup, starting automatically when battery voltage drops low. Backed by a 3-year warranty and lifetime tech support.
